By using the Lead Flow app or services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

You may use Lead Flow only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• Misuse, reverse engineer, or copy the app

• Violate Facebook’s terms of service through your usage

• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited outreach

• Resell or redistribute leads without permission

2. Account Responsibility

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Lead Flow may offer free trials followed by a paid subscription. By entering billing information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

4. No Guarantee of Leads

While we aim to deliver high-quality, timely job leads, we do not guarantee lead volume, quality, or results. You use the leads at your own discretion.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lead Flow is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or missed business opportunity resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
